ROSMAP (Religious Orders Study and Memory and Aging Project)

Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center (RADC)

Data typebulk RNA-seq, single-nucleus RNA-seq, proteomics, whole genome sequencing, DNA methylation
Specieshuman
Sample countOver ~3,500 older persons, large subset with paired clinical, molecular, and pathologic data
TechnologyIllumina RNA-seq, 10x Genomics snRNA-seq, TMT Proteomics, Illumina WGS
Disease contextAlzheimer's disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Brain aging, Control

Notes

ROSMAP is a longitudinal clinical-pathologic cohort study. It is heavily utilized in microglial computational biology because of the massive statistical power linking longitudinal cognitive scores to post-mortem multi-omics.
